Converting UnOrganised Sector into Federation for the benefit of workers

During the studies it has been observed that many un organised firms are working who employ workers from under privileged sector. These workers are been exploited in many ways. Even when the firms or sector they work for are high profitable, they are been paid less and even no facilities are been provided. Some carries very high health hazard.

We wish to gather these workers and bring them under the umbrella of a Federation and offer better wages / labour charges, facilities, training, profit sharing and see that they are uplifted. This would be in line with our objective and Vision.

We request the group to help us identify such sectors, reports / links related to the subject, experience of any doing such activities and any other in such areas.
