SmartGWT Extensions showcase

It would be great if you guys incorporates a SmartGWT Extensions
Showcase. The first step would be to incorporate a skeleton app based
on the SmartGWT showcase into the build system. Once this is in place,
it will make it easier for users to add samples.

Any takers?

I won't commit to this yet just because of time, but I will look at
it. I might be able to do something this summer.
