Smartgit 22.1.5

Hi, I downloaded and installed Smartgit 22.1.5 for Windows and I see a lot has changed in GUI. Honestly I am lost...

Is there some kind of quick guide where to find all things for old users ?

I understand that each repo now has it's own tab. Ok, that could be a good change.

The problems I have now:

- I can stage files but how can I commit them ? According docs there should be in menu Local/Commit. I see no commit in menu. Also checked popup menu for changed file.

- How can I customize buttons on toolbar. Before it was a dialog to add/remove buttons.

Hi Roland,

When did you upgrade to SmartGit 22.1?

It seems that you have selected the Standard window as your default window. Do you recall intentionally selecting this option? How could we improve this to have guided you to the correct option? Please have a look at <https://docs.syntevo.com/SmartGit/Latest/Main-Windows.html>.

To get the old GUI back, please select Working Tree or Log window as default in the SmartGit preferences.

I cannot say I remember exactly :)

But I uninstall and try install it again now.

And yes there are 3 choices. I choose working tree (file oriented)
 and old UI is back again. Thanks for the help :)
