SmartAPI version 1.0.5 with NuGet support

Hi,

we released the SmartAPI in version 1.0.5. and included a NuGet package to use the SmartAPI more comfortably right within Visual Studio: https://www.nuget.org/packages/erminas.SmartAPI/

More features: 

- Access to Clipboard

- Clear Page Cache

- Shortcut to element value and default value

- Improved support of workflows in version >=11.2
