Hello everyone,

for all customers, partners, developers, users, freelancers and interested people. There has been a Slack community for OpenText Web Site Management (RedDot CMS) for almost a year now.

We currently have over 135 members, from the user to the OpenText Product Manager for WSM.

The whole is operated independently under the guidance of the OpenText Usergroup (https://www.opentext-usergroup.org). Everyone has the interest to participate, we discuss in German and English, please send an e-mail to invite2slack@opentext-usergroup.org from the e-mail account you want to invite.

We discuss new features, answer questions and everything is directly followed by OpenText development and product management. ;)

As member of both, the user group and the Slack channel I think this a good decision and place to communicate.

For users of the SmartAPI: This will be the primary channel for support and communication with the SmartAPI developers. Other users and we might help in the Slack channel but you can expect the quickest responses in this group.
