I need your help!
I am forwarding this from a friend of mine. Please sign the petition and share the link on SM. However, should you do this, please note not to share his name as he is fearful for his life. They are currently keeping hidden in Congo.
"Hello everyone. I hope you all know about what is happening in Congo. Our president just cheated the election and declared himself as winner with 60%. According to the opposition and the reality he did not even reach 10%. He is now arresting anybody who support the opposition. About 50 people have arrested already. A petition has been initiated to ask the Obama administration to help the people of Congo. We need 100 000 people on that petition and we have a little over 400 so far. Please help by signing and sharing with friends and family, anybody who believe Congo need change and freedom. Our president has been in power for 32 years it is time for him to leave. The French government is kind of supporting him, the US Embassy already expressed concerns about the election in Congo but they need to come and help on the ground. We people cannot go on the street again because many will die. There are militaries everywhere in Congo armed with heavy weapons. Our president knows that he did not win so he is forcing and intimidating the entire nation. Clany and Ronnie are now in Ponte Noire for security reason. Guys we need your voice. It is now or never. Help us regain our freedom, help us hope for a better future. We need 100,000 people to sign the petition.
