Need your ideas ASAP to develop an urgent needed proposal!

Hallo good people, can you please assist me with ideas to this question if you can ASAP...I am assisting in writing a bid to a multilateral institution - it is a solicited proposal with big chances of passing through - of which we can both benefit ;-) (I am not suppose to declare their name - confidentiality purposes ) and I have to answer this question before the end of the day:

Qn: What are 6 ideas of what we could do to engage young (think national and international) people more in development with (Government department for international development could be e.g USAID/DFID/EU)?
