Power Up, nothing was shown in small screen

Dear all,

First of all, thanks for reading this email.

I met a problem when i tried to use the stepper motor, the motor was connected with 12V power, and the board was 5V, but when power up, nothing can be found in the small screen, no waiting motor power and so on. 

Then i installed Arduino IDE also the firmware, i can programm with IDE, but everytime after uploading code into Arduino, the cpu would reset.

I am wondering if this is because the updated firmware was not appropriate or something else. If this is the case, how can i upload the default firmware?

Read the manual

Must be powered with 12V or 24V
Or plug in the USB cable and see if something lights up and starts.

Dear  Axel Burger,

Thanks a lot for the reply. But i still did not figure it out. One thing i noticed is that when i plug 12v power to the motor, a LED1 red light would flash about 1-2 seconds, but still nothing was shown on the screen. After reading the manual, i think the board should be fine, because when i click 2 times of reset button, the LED1 will continues flash, which means it can be programmed. So, i think something else might be worng. I appreciate for your time and have a nice weekend.
