Assuming this to have been fixed in 0.6 or to be an Aquamacs bug. Please
verify and recomment here if
necessary. I will then reopen the bug.

It still doesn't work for me. I don't use aquamacs and I still have the
problem
after installing yasnippet 0.6.1b downloaded today...

Have reproduced this once or twice, but it's not constant. Sometimes the
snippets looks like it expanded
perfectly, even after exiting than something triggers a line wrap and all
the buffer text is wrapped.
This makes me think of this issue as a bug in longlines mode, also since it
appears that long-lines-mode is
relatively unstable, according to
http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/VisualLineMode, and is replaced in Emacs
23 by visual-line-mode.
I don't have access to Emacs23 this weekend, can you confirm if it happens
with visual-line-mode, too?
