Optional arguments and delete

Hi,

I have a question regarding nested placeholders. For example, for a snippet like this:

\includegraphics${1:[$2]}{$0}

expanding and pressing

* "C-d" leads to the first field being deleted, but still Tab has to be pressed to move to $0.

* "del" deletes the field AND the "{" character

How can I get (for both keystrokes) the behavior that the cursor is automatically moved to the next field after a field is deleted?
