Greetings.

As discussed would like to help in grooming some freshers from the college who meet this criteria for a startup.

Requirement 1: Team of 4

Java Development Team:

Ideally Men we can also take some Women.

Working Hours - Daytime

Ideally those who have some relatives in Chennai to ensure safe stay.

Training Period - 6 months

Certificate of training will be provided

Compensation : No stipend for first 6 months

Laptop - Need to possess one (Amma laptop will also be enough)

On completion of 6 months - absorption as trainee with stipend

Qualification:

MCA completed students  with the following pre-requisites

1.       Knowledge of SDLC processes

2.       Good  communication skills

3.       HTML, HTML5/CSS3 knowledge 

4.       Knowledge on the JAVA stack -  

Core Java

JSP

Hibernate

Spring 

Javascript

Jquery/Ajax

5.       Knowledge of Database - should be able to write queries

 

 

Requirement 2: Team of 2

Database Team:

 

Ideally 1 Man but we can also take 1 Woman who can be flexible. Else two Men.

Working Hours - Daytime  

Ideally those who have some relatives in Chennai to ensure safe stay.

Training Period - 6 months

Certificate of training will be provided

Compensation : No stipend for first 6 months

Laptop : Need to possess a laptop ( Amma laptop will also be enough)

On completion of 6 months - absorption as trainee with stipend.

Qualification:

MCA completed students.

Knowledge of the following or at least inclined to work on the following.

MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server

Knowledge of SDLC processes

Communication skills

 

Requirement 3: Team of 3

Recruitment / HR Team:

Dayshift - 2 Women

Night Shift for US Customers - 1 Man

 

Ideally those who have some relatives in Chennai to ensure safe stay.

Training Period - 6 months

Certificate of training will be provided

Compensation : No stipend for first 6 months

Laptop : Need to possess a laptop (Amma laptop will also be enough)

On completion of 6 months - absorption as trainee with stipend.

 

Qualification : MBA - HR with basic computer degree

Communication : has to be decent as they will speak to customers.
