Hi, I am looking for api endpoint to create encounter to post the patient vitals data and i am unable to find one in the docs https://fhir.epic.com/Sandbox
Please help me on this thanks.

May not be much help here --- the scope you want is Encounter.Create but as far as I understand that is not exposed by Epic. We ran into this trying to help a patient push PDFs into their record --- doing so required an Encounter that we could not create.

Hoping I'm wrong and that somebody will jump on this response to point it out. ;)

Right, I don’t think Epic supports creation of Encounters through their FHIR interface at the moment. I would ask the Epic team for roadmap information or explore other interfaces like WebServices or HL7 v2.
