Provider facing Epic App - Authentication Issue - "User authentication is blocked..."

We have a provider-facing SMART on FHIR application that right now only operates in sandbox mode. To login, we used the test credentials published by Epic here: https://fhir.epic.com/Documentation?docId=testpatients 

It worked well, but then suddenly stopped. Now, both FHIR and FHIRTWO usernames return the following error message:

"User authentication is blocked for your account. Contact your system administrator to unblock your account."

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any clue what can be causing this?

Same here. And also emailed EPIC support (op...@epic.com). Hope they can fix it soon.

That makes sense! Thank you for letting me know that you are also experiencing this issue. I was not sure if that was something on Epic's side or if our implementation needs adjustment. I hope that Epic can fix it soon. Will email their support, too.
