Refresh token for SMART Launcher

Hello,

Is there a way to trigger SMART Launcher to issue a refresh token for Patient Portal launch? On the "token" POST call, we do see that access token is being returned but not the refresh token.  I've tried toggling some of the options but haven't been able to get a refresh token. Is this possible?

Your app needs to request offline_access or online_access scope to get a refresh token.
