AthenaHealth Test Patient id and password for testing..

I am building an app to fetch patient data from AthenaHealth. I am kind of stuck with no information on test patient id and password.

Does anyone knows any test patient data I can use with AthenaHealth FHIR apis?

Try these.  I had them in my notes from reading their docs some time ago.  Not sure if they are still published, but they might work.

practice id 80000 - available to patient facing 3-legged apps

* patient-id: 14545
* username: phrtest...@mailinator.com
* password: Password1

When testing I get following error message

Authorization Error:

The requested feature is not enabled in this environment.

Any idea what this means?
