Sample at http://smarthealthit.org/smart-app-gallery/pediatric-growth-chart/ doesn't work

Hi,

when I click the "Try it now" button at http://smarthealthit.org/smart-app-gallery/pediatric-growth-chart/ the application starts loading, but never finishes.
The url, it tries to open is: https://fhir-dstu2.smarthealthit.org/showcase.html?app=growth_chart&patients=7777701,7777702,7777703,7777704,7777705.

I get following errors:
https://fhir-dstu2.smarthealthit.org/favicon.ico 404 (Not Found)

and

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'type' of undefined (file fhir-client.js:17137)

Should the example work?

Hi Mika,

Thank you for reporting this problem. The pediatric growth charts page that you are referring to should not be publicly accessible since we now use the SMART gallery to demonstrate the sample apps. I am not sure why it is still online. This said, the showcase should still work as expected (which was not the case here). I looked into it and fixed the underlying issues:

Possibly related: on the page http://docs.smarthealthit.org/tutorials/server-quick-start, there's a link to Launch Growth Charts against your unprotected server that fails with the error "Response for preflight is invalid (redirect)".
