Smart Launcher 'No Providers Found' error

Hi,

I was able to launch the SMART app yesterday and test it but when I logged in today morning, I am getting the 'No Providers Found' error and also unable to select any patients. Requesting help to navigate this issue (this proabbly occurred on Dec 18,2024 looking at some of the older posts in the group conversations).
