Invalid ClientId

I have created an app and saved under " save and ready for sandbox"

and its done 3 days ago.

but still it says

OAuth2 Error: INVALID_CLIENT

The application trying to authorize is not recognized, provided invalid identifying information, or we were unable to verify its identity at this time.

what am i doing wrong.

note: the app is showing as "Draft" is it because ,its in sandbox mode or is it not approved at all

I did send out a mail to op...@epic.com 2 days ago, i.e a day after i created the app, but no replies yet

that issue seems to be resolved now
