DocumentReference scopes

Hi, please the documentation is not clear on what scopes to request in my smart launch app in order to be able to search for document references.

I have so far requested `system/DocumentReference.search` and `user/DocumentReference.search` and `patient/DocumentReference.search` and neither of them give me this scope, so whenever I try to search for a document reference, I get back a 403 forbidden saying I have insufficient scopes.
