Trying to move to production

to SMART on FHIR

I have successfully tested in the sandbox. The portal says I am READY and in production. When I try and use my patient facing access which works fine in the sandbox, I now get:

OAuth2 Error

Something went wrong trying to authorize the client. Please try logging in again.

Any ideas?
