Patient Facing Production App Epic FHIR R4

Hello all,

I have been building a patient facing application using Epics EHR. I have finished building everything I want against Epics Sandbox data.

Now I have been trying to turn this over to production mode.

I have referred to the list of R4 endpoints from various organizations 

https://open.epic.com/MyApps/Endpoints

But every time I am getting OAuth2 Error Something went wrong trying to authorize the client. Please try logging in again. 

Here is my example url 

https://chperx.health-partners.org/Proxy-FHIR/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A3000%2Fapp%2Fproviders&client_id=*****************&state=1234&aud=https%3A%2F%2Fchperx.health-partners.org%2FProxy-FHIR%2Fapi%2FFHIR%2FR4%2F&scope=user/*.*

I have **** out the client id for security reasons. I just am unsure of what I am missing here. Is the aud parameter incorrect, scope, state, etc. Again, this all works against sandbox data.

Double check your production client ID and secret. It also takes time for your app to synchronize to all health systems - I usually recommend 12 hours.
