how to resolve OAuth2 Error: INVALID_CLIENT when making authorization request

Hi all.  Need help resolving issue of building app to test in Sandbox

1.  Created an appliction on https://open.epic.com/MyApps

2. Followed directions on link https://open.epic.com/Tutorial/OAuth to request authorization code

    example:

    https://open-ic.epic.com/argonaut/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=6c12dff4-24e7-4475-a742-b08972c4ea27&redirect_uri=http://localhost:8000

    Replaced with my actual client id and redirect_url

   https://open-ic.epic.com/argonaut/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=01a74c99-825d-4c27-822f-49157b09a52b&redirect_uri=http://localhost:8000

But getting below error:

OAuth2 Error: 

INVALID_CLIENT

The application trying to authorize is not recognized, provided invalid identifying information, or we were unable to verify its identity at this time.

3. Why would I get the above error If I have registered and have a client id assigned?

At bottom of screen is a button that says submit to sandbox and I pressed it but not sure if its actually registering my App  becuase the submt to sandbox button always displays.  I would think after registering it would hide.

Hi James,

I recently went through this. It took a day or two for the app to sync with the sandbox, but it eventually started working. I think you just need to wait.
