Test data for international patient profiles

Hello! We are testing out SMART on FHIR as a government institution, delivering applications for launch in one of our many EHR providers. We have comprehensive test tools and data due to the complexity of Norwegian basis profiles.

My question - is there a way to change the source of mocked patient data from https://launch.smarthealthit.org/ ? Or perhaps add profiles to the existing dataset? 

We want to use it for simulation and integration testing, but the existing data is missing some key information.
