error 404 although the image exists

Hi

Thank you for that very useful class!

I have used it on a site a while ago but now that I want to reuse it on another site, it does not work.

http://www.vergelegen.co.za/slir/w150/Test.jpg gives this error : The requested URL /slir/w150/Test.jpg was not found on this server.

Although http://www.vergelegen.co.za/slir/w150/ and http://www.vergelegen.co.za/Test.jpg are there.

On another domain it works fine : http://www.pulseafrica.com/slir/w220/Test.jpg

I ran the install on the vergelegen.co.za domain and http://www.vergelegen.co.za/slir/install is fine.

So what could be the problem?
