Does not work for filename 403_forbidden.jpg

No matter what I do, it shows some kind of error:

symlink() [<a href='function.symlink'>function.symlink</a>]: File exists

Kind of a weird issue. lol

I tried renaming the file to _403_forbidden, 403forbidden, etc. and they seem to work fine.
