2006 has been a very
busy year for both, Smart-Insurer and SAVANT® and some milestone developments have been
achieved.

2. New
Offices
SAVANT® and Smart-Insurer are
moving to new and larger offices into the CBD of Sydney as
of December 2006. Our new address will
be:

New developments
As of beginning of 2007
SAVANT® Virtual
Insurer will be interfaced with Sunrise® Exchange, Australia's leading
provider of insurance e-business solutions.
With this milestone
development, SVI will be a truly attractive option to many other
Australian insurer's that want to distribute their products
electronically to some 900 broker offices connected via Sunrise® Exchange on the web.
SVI - pre configured
with Sunrise®
Exchange - can be interfaced at reasonable cost to
existing legacy systems.
Other interface
initiatives to leading broker system providers are under
way.
