SAVANT® Virtual Insurer Winner of the The Consensus Software Awards 2007
The Consensus Software Awards 2007, is the only independently judged Awards
for Australian and New Zealand software sponsored by Microsoft and IBM that
recognises excellence in software design. It has nominated
SAVANT® Virtual Insurer Winner of the Consensus Software Awards 2007
The awards are judged on three key criteria; Innovation, Performance and
Potential.
This was announced at a Gala Dinner held at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel in
Sydney on May 1 st. 2007.
Principal sponsors of the event are IBM and Microsoft, and supporting
organizations are Austrade, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, the
Australian Computer Society, the Australian Department of Communications,
Information Technology and the Arts and media partner, International
Developer magazine.
In the coming days a full event report, the judges citations for each
winner, event photography and the Prime Ministers special message will be
added to these pages as the material becomes available on the Consensus

This is a major achievement for Smart-Insurer and SAVANT® Systems
International. The function was attended by our staff, the CEO and
Management team of Lumley General Insurance, the Head of Swiss Re Australia
and New Zealand and by the Consul General of Switzerland.
We are extremely excited about this achievement and we continue to focus on
providing our solution to the Insurance Industry in Australia, New Zealand
and selected markets in Europe.
