Unable to create i2b2 cells for the projects

Hi All,

I am running the i2b2 in docker environment.I was able to create users and projects. I took the docker compose file from https://github.com/waghsk/i2b2-quickstart/wiki/Docker
I was unable to create the DBlook ups for the projects.
I want to create multiple projects and assign each cell for that project.
Is there any modifications or any implementation for my require ment.
