Regarding SMART genomics API

Hi,

Can somebody explain me the difference between SMART on FIHR server and SMRT genomics API server. As per my understanding SMART genomics API is used to represent genetic information and SMART on FIHR is used to represent clinical data. Please correct me if I am wrong. Also If my understanding is correct, how can we integrate clinical and genetic data?

Hi Nikolai,

What she wrote is right- although we (Josh and the genomics
team/subcontract) worked to build support such that additional
extensions can be used with Smart in FHIR directly now (as of the hl7
connectathon). We have an example of a program that does what I think
she seeks to do (Michael has latest).
