Attached is a set of spreadsheets to automate your calculations for diluting the TS-RT and PCR primers in the Smart-3SEQ protocol according to UV spectrophotometry as recommended in the protocol. The extinction coefficients are hardcoded and so are some suggested dilution volumes that you can change as desired, so all you have to do is type in the 1 cm-normalized A260 values from your Nanodrop. Sorry this is so belated but I hope it might still be useful to new users, and feedback is welcome from experienced users who've already worked out these calculations on your own.
