We've just posted yet another revision (possibly the last?) of the
Smart-3SEQ manuscript on bioRxiv: https://doi.org/10.1101/207340
The changes from previous versions are very minor, except for people who've already read the paper I want to call attention to an overhauled Figure 1, the conceptual diagram of the library construction steps. The new version is more straightforward, and several details have been omitted (Figure S2 still has those) in order to convey the important points more clearly and legibly. It's attached a few different formats that you can use with attribution in case that's helpful for your review or explaining it to others.
