The Western Loudoun Schools Political Action Committee (PAC) received strong press today:

New PAC Seeks Transparency, Education Reform

The PAC offers three levels of membership:

• Associate members are all who join to help promote PAC objectives http://www.westernloudounschools.com/our-mission
• Contributing members have proportional voting rights on how pooled donations are distributed to endorsed candidates http://www.westernloudounschools.org/make-donations
• Voting members who regularly attend meetings to ensure a quorum, vote on candidate endorsements.  http://www.westernloudounschools.org/home/school-board

Oktoberfest booth

Their booth at Lovettsville's Oktoberfest tomorrow between 10a-5p will be on Light Street, before reaching the County library.  You can park at the Elementary School (off 287) and take a shuttle bus to the event or come via Milltown Road (from Waterford) and park at the County Lovettsville Park where a hay ride/wagon will offer rides to event. 

 

Even if you don't make it to Oktoberfest for bratwurst and polka music/dancing (with activism on the side), please consider joining.  Even a $5 donation is appreciated and will cover printing costs for over 70 flyers.
