STTemplate - Templates with the Power of Smalltalk

Hello everyone,

Now available on Pharo 10.

I've just merged the latest feature I needed this week for using templates in Ride but released these templates as a separated dependency because they can be useful in isolation too.

Today just added CI for automatic regression detection and Codecov to provide a sense of proportion on that.

Includes tested readme instructions and two guides, one to quickly test the power of these templates using Teapot endpoints and the other one including an example using htmx in the frontend.

Feedbacks and contributions are currently managed via GitHub issues.
