recently http://www.dafydd.net/archive/2010/why-smalltalk-isnt-just-another-language/ has been making the rounds again.

and it would be great to see posts from people elaborating on each of the points. 

single lines like: 

"Excellent support for incremental development: If you send a message to an object that doesn’t understand it, the debugger comes up and invites you to write that method"

Hide a massive amount of info. 

Sure as a Smalltalk user, I know what that means but to most people it is an entirely alien thought.
