Material-like SmallRye Antora UI

Hi,

I spent the last few days tweaking the default Antora UI [1], which is almost identical to the current SmallRye Antora UI [2], to look close to Material for MkDocs [3]. I know some people adopted Material for MkDocs as their documentation solution, which I really don't want to do, as Asciidoc is just so much better for writing docs than Markdown, but at the same time, I'd like to have nice docs too! (I'd like to start writing proper docs for Jandex soon, which is another motivating factor.)

Having a Material-inspired UI for Antora seemed pretty doable -- of course I'm no frontend developer and I don't really know anything the Material design system, but I think that the result of roughly 3 days of my work is pretty good.

Compare for yourself:

Any comments? More importantly, any objections to pushing the new UI I built as the SmallRye default?

P.S.: Just for the record, the "mobile" version is rather bad, but that's really because the default Antora UI is also pretty bad and fixing that would take me unreasonably long.

I don't see any objection here, so I'll proceed. I'll push the new UI to the SmallRye Antora UI repository probably tomorrow.
