Hello,

I'd like to nominate Paulo Casaes as a committer for SmallRye Reactive Messaging. 

Paulo Casaes (https://github.com/pcasaes) contributed many important parts of the SmallRye Reactive Messaging Kafka connector. As example, he initiates the throttle commit strategy which is going to become the default. Paulo continues to contribute to this connector to make it much more robust and flexible. Paulo's expertise on Kafka is really beneficial,  and no, unlike what a lot of people things, Kafka is NOT easy.
