WP posting - Can't split the URL because .....

I have a problem with using the wordpress blogging capability.
I have seen this http://youtu.be/zCV9HJpeWWs and followed your instructions. I have a self-hosted wordpress site.

I receive the error message :"Can't save or update the post because "Can't split the URL because it is not of the form 'http://www.server.com/hello.html'."

I have no idea what to do. Is there anything on my WP site required to enable or set to use Fargo for uploading a post?
