I notice something that might be a bug? When I select a blog post and click on the EYE, I get a web page that shows me the post rendered in html. Above the post are the hierarchical links - the month, the year. Clicking on these links brings up a page saying there is no data or content there.

But back in Fargo, if I highlight a month node or a year node and click on the EYE, i get the proper rendering of that time period in HTML.

I am thinking that the generated link in the individual HTML page lists a different URL than the new naming protocol lists on the servers and via the EYE icon link. But maybe it is because my outlines were originally done under Fargo 1.x using TRex?

Hope I described the situation adequately.

In general, when asking for help -- it's good to include the URL of the outline in question so other people can have a look.

For example, if the name of your outline is steve1, then you'd give us this URL:

Thanks Dave, the URL of the outline is

If this problem is not happening to other blogs, it must be something to do with my settings? I had assumed this to be universal, at least to us who migrated from trex, since my fargo blog is not customized.

if I highlight the March node and click on the eye icon, I am taken to the following url:

but if I click on the eye icon of a post in March, then on the link March in the resulting rendered page, I am taken to this url:

and the error message that is displayed on the web page is this:

There is no content to display at "/beta.fargo.io/users/swppond/2014/03".

hope that zeroes you in on what is happening there.

Thanks again,

I have the problem too. I was assuming it is tied to blog archiving and since it hadn't been implemented yet I didn't say anything.

The problem was fixed with an update to Fargo Publisher.

A little more info regarding the previous report, sorry I hit send before thinking to add.

If you go to http://booknotes.smallpict.com/ThePastrix/ and click a link, for example to the one for Chapter 3, you get to the page at http://booknotes.smallpict.com/ThePastrix/chapter3AlbionBabylon.html

If you click the browser back button you return to the proper page.

If you mouse over the bread crumb trail, over the title page you will see the URL is http://booknotes.smallpict.com/ThePastrix rather than http://booknotes.smallpict.com/ThePastrix/

If you mouse over the left arrow at the top right you see the URL http://booknotes.smallpict.com/ThePastrix.html

If you open the OPML for the outline you will see that I gave the node that contains the book title type of index. What I am trying to do is have the top level page, which is a index type, contain a list of book titles. When yo click the book title, the next page looks like a table fo contents, hence another index type, and then when you click a chapter title you get to a page that I have set to a type of outline.

It works well if you start at the URL and click the title and chapter links, but not so well with the breadcrumb and the prev/next links at the top.

Should we assume that this update was applied to pub.fargo.io?  I just created a new outline today at http://booknotes.smallpict.com/ and the crumb trail and next/prev links at the top of the page have the same problem as Stephen first reported.

I have the same problem. My blog is http://mico.smallpict.com. I created a page and I was viewing everything fine before giving a name to the outline. Files in my dropbox folder are OK, but I get this message 'There is no content to display at "/beta.fargo.io/users/mico/index.html".'
I suspect it might be a problem publishing. My guess is that Fargo gets content from my dropbox searching for a particular Url. I have an 'Applicazioni' folder, instead of 'Apps', in other words Dropox localizes the name of the Apps folder. Can this be a clue?
Thank you.
