Version 3.06.26 of Small HTTP server has been created.

- APOP authorization fixed in POP3
- Fixed FCGI over TLS
+ 'chunked' support has been added to FCGI
* Improved 'chunked' support for CGI
+ Added log to VPN server
* Changed Log: Fixed incorrect IP address in log when writing about an already closed socket.
+ Added build for arm64 Linux
+ In Linux version added binaries with seclib inside:  httpd.exopenssl, htppd.exgnutls
+ Updated source organization, changed 'configure' and 'makefile'. Added the ability to build for any architecture.
