Version 3.05.46 of Small HTTP server has been created.

+/- Little changes in DNS,SMTP,Proxy,CGI execution

Version 3.05.45

+ Now DNS server cashe PTR records and all unknow reply too.
- In SMTP some type of logical expresion in lists corected.
