Adorable BEAGLE mix needs RESCUE on 3/29!!

Walter is located at Columbia Animal Services in Columbia, SC. He is a sweet beagle mix that is very shy. He gets along with other dogs, but is sadly too stressed in the shelter environment. If his owner does not show, we are seeking recue ASAP as we are FULL!
