MCT Meeting on Small Wind Progress Report

Scott and I at Northeast Windpower enjoyed meeting and talking with
the folks at this morning's MTC meeting. We would like to thank
Shawn
Shaw fof the Cadmus Group or his thoughtful, well reseached and well
presented talk. The meeting raised many issues that we expect will
be
the topic of further discussion. The small wind report made it clear
that production data and wind data have substantial uncertainty. I
think we would all look forward to increased availability of wind
speed data and better modeling tools. It would make our job as
installers easier and enable us to provide our clients with
production
estimates that had the benefit of a greater level of certainty. We
look forward to your comments on today/s meeting and thoughts on some
of the issues that were raised.

The Progress Report is posted here along with some comments on the
draft report which we received from MTC.
