That's quite interesting as well, especially for those interested in global financial markets. The excess liquidity of developing countries mentioned in this article, and their lack of financial assistance from multilateral organizations,  is the main reason behind the current financial crisis of the IMF (the new Managing Director of the Fund mentioned a cut in the number of Fund employees of up to 15 percent).
