On School Visits and classroom Observation

Hi everyone! My schedule has never been this crazy!!! I am tied up by
the many things that I need to do and many deadlines I need to meet. I
regret to inform you that given the US report deadline on the 31st, it
would be impossible for me to visit your school BUT, let us maximize
our use of technology. Please take a video of your
demomstration.Students should be seen alright....and upload in Youtube
your video.What I need from you is your link to ur video uploaded in
youtube. The deadline for the viddeo will be on Friday next week,
August 20, 2020. I will wait for your txt or email on your link.Should
you have a problem with uploading to Youtube pls have your video
copied in CD and send it to me .You may leave it at the school guard.
By the way u can only upload a video on Youtube whose duration s no
more than 9 mins.Thus, you will have to have not just one link but 4
or more.

I will be sending you the rubric on which I will base my assessment
of your performance.When I return from Manila, I will call for a
meeting with your principal for feedbacking.

Kindly show in the video not just you but your class and the students
activities ok? Salamat.

I have just read your message.  The LCD of the school is not available today and tomorrow.  Our school is the venue for the Super Quiz Bee and they will use the LCD and laptop.  Thus, I cannot demo this week.  Would you allow me to have it on Monday or Tuesday?  Please do consider.  Thank you!  God bless!

Good day Ma'am!
I have finally finished my demo with our principal. It happened on
Wednesday because they used the LCD for the PAASCU meetings in Borja
campus. I am still having the video edited because we used two
separate cameras and we still had to have it burned. I will submit my
CD next week.

Meanwhile, I will submit here my lesson plan and some activities and
the powerpoint presentation so that you can also read and critique.
