Shipping Cost Hiccup. Fixed.

Hello Everyone,

I was alerted this morning that the domestic shipping total that was
being added to orders was 12.00 instead of 6.00. We've gotten the
problem solved, and shipping should be correct.

Refunds will be issued for the 6.00 difference to all domestic orders
placed early this morning.
