SMA Sunny Boy SB1700: $TIMESTRING extraction failed. Check password!!!

Hi,

I've had my PV system for years & just recently came across "smatool".  Although I think it's the one for me, I am not yet there, with a few little niggles to address.

I initially had the missing LiveData table and managed to create it manually, but now I am struggling to get smatool to play ball with my inverter.

I have a SMA Sunny Boy SB1700 DC-AC Inverter with Bluetooth Piggy-Back Module & SMA Sunny Beam With Bluetooth which talk to each other fine with the default password and yet, I keep getting the following output, when using "smatool": -

% ./smatool -v

I do see some things in the DB, but although the settings and Almanac are OK (I think), I'm not sure how the LiveData got populated (but that may be because I am a novice at this smatool stuff :)  DB contents here: http://hastebin.com/cevemelodi.hs

Now, at this point, I'm not even sure if my inverter is supported, so please be gentle with me!
