Hello Sir,
Thanks for sharing this, I have come across some local references recently on this topic and visited one or two. These are purely my own refrences and reviews and not biased ones:
1. Frankly speaking I didnt find it appealing, the reason being being a bsy professionale I am looking for flexibility and not home delivery always
2.In most of the shopping malls u tend to have a feel and look(dont remember the exact concept of Services Marketing but I guess Servicescape and other qualities do matter a lot.)
3.If we talk about more or big bazaar kinda thing price may be more or less but this website doesnot give me the bargaining power which a typical indian consumer always looks on.
4. with my self expriences I have found malls and other stores little costly for many items whoucld of the same quality will be of the availabilty in my neighbur hood kirana shop.
5.Free home delivery over a ceratain limit only, certain distance and km radius(m sure)
6. Even though u spend a parking fee at stores that gets negated off from the total bill
7. comparison And quality standards cannot be ensured.
8.definitely will involve ur telephone usage or broadband wdth for booking and all
9.Most importatntly for regular shopping and frequent items daily usage I am not very keen on using my debit/credit card online for shopping for obvious security reasons. If its a cash on delivery then its better
10.The most important point which I would like to seek ur comments on is being a newbie on the floor its not that popular but in case of food bazar malls etc since they purchase in bulks they can round off bargaining still maintaining their profit
margin.is there an other side to the story?
Last but not the least, will be looking forward to your reviews and comments on the same.
Best Regards
Sincerely yours
ARUN
