[slurm-users] Slurm 23.02.4 and cgroup problems at slurmd service start on Ubuntu 22.04

Dear all,
we still see the same problem with 23.02.4 on
Ubuntu 22.04 at slurmd service start as before on 23.02.3

First slurmd start fails with cgroup v2 errors, but leaves a running
'slurmstepd infinity' process.
On second slurmd start, the running slurmstepd is kept, and
then slurmd starts, loading all plugins.
We would be interested, if there are Ubuntu 22.04/Slurm 23.02
installations running without this problem?
