[SLUG] Meeting Tomorrow: 11-15-2023

[Mr. Tuttle]

It looks like we need to find a different place to have the meeting tomorrow.  The book coop has an event going on tomorrow and that place already feels a little too cramped for our group.

Everything is booked up at the downtown library (pun absolutely intended).  We could try the Orion Bar next door to the coop, but I have no idea how full that place gets on a Wednesday evening.  I tried checking out remedy brewing last week, but they had a fundraiser going on so I don't know what it usually looks like.  I'm not really a fan of either of these solutions.  They are just where I will probably go if we don't have a meeting.

Does anyone have any suggestions about where else to have the meeting?  We could also just take the month off and brainstorm better solutions for the future.

Just spitballing but Monk's or try for a Pizza Ranch conference room
for old time's sake?
Or any of the other libraries? Back to Oak View?

It's totally understandable if we can't find a place and going back to
the library for December 20th seems reasonable.

I went to check out the Orion Pub and it seems like it would work fine.  Their booths can fit 6-8 people and the owner said they don't get too many more people there on a Wednesday compared to a Tuesday and there were not a lot of people there last night.  I think you can order from sunny's pizzeria there too.

This Pizza Ranch idea sounds good too.  I'd like to be able to get some food/drink while we are having the informal meeting which is the only reason I'm not excited about the 112 S Main option.

From those options, what do you want to do?

I'm fine with whatever. If I have to pick I'm game to try the Orion
Pub just for something new.
