info about the meeting tonight!

[SLU Habitat]

SOOOOOOO, it is Monday... and what better way to brighten your day than to come to our meeting tonight!!! Yippeeee-ki-yay!

Here's some info about what is happening at the meeting:

SLU Habitat for Humanity is proud to be hosting speaker Antoinette Triplett, Manager of Homeless Services for the city of St. Louis.  Ms. Triplett will be speaking about the ways St. Louis works to combat homelessness and substandard living, and will discuss the progress of the city’s “Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness.”  Ms. Triplett will be speaking tonight, Monday, April 2 at 8 p.m. in BSC Room 253D. (not our usual spot!!!)  If you have any further questions, you may direct them to Lizzie Bartek at eba...@slu.edu.  Thank you and we hope to see you at the event!

Also, if you haven't received your "Power of a Dollar" packets yet, you can get them at the speaker tonight!  Power of a Dollar is a fundraiser over Easter break--just ask a couple people if they can spare one dollar to donate to Habitat, thank them, and bring the money after break.  If everyone even just gets one dollar, we can raise a lot of money!!!!
